We are looking to sell our Moreno Valley, CA home ASAP!(Relocating) I have seen those ads everywhere that say they will buy your home for cash. Do they give you a fair amount? Before I call one, I just want to know if anyone has done it and how it went, did you get a fair price with any money left over?
